Once the initial inspection is complete, we will provide you with a detailed estimate that outlines the recommended repairs or replacement and associated costs. 

In addition, we work with insurance companies. If our inspection identifies sufficient damage, we assist our customers in filing an insurance claim. We make it a priority to meet with the insurance adjuster during their evaluation to ensure they see the same damage we do. If the insurance approves a full roof replacement, our customers only need to pay their deductible portion, as we work directly with the insurance company.
In cases where insurance doesn't cover the roof replacement, we are more than happy to provide a detailed estimate. We understand that not everyone has insurance, and we aim to assist all of our customers.  

If you choose to proceed with our services, we will work with you to schedule a suitable time to start the project.  

During the replacement or repair process, our skilled team will ensure that the work is carried out efficiently and professionally. We prioritize open communication and will keep you informed of the progress throughout the project. We offer convenient payment options for our services. You can pay in cash, check, or with any major credit card, including American Express and Discover. If you are present at the time of service, our consultants are equipped with mobile payment apps to process credit card payments on the spot. If you are not home, we will send you an invoice via email. You can then choose to pay by mailing in a check or by calling our office to make a payment over the phone.
